Franciacorta wines
Franciacorta is a lovely wine region, in the northern part of Italy, nearby the beautiful scenery of Lake Iseo. On this Franciacorta wine tour, you will discover the charm of this land in the province of Brescia. You will also get to taste the famous local sparkling wines.
After driving through hills, we will then visit a local wine producer to taste a world-renowned wine: Franciacorta. This sparkling wine is obtained by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. You will find out the differences between Franciacorta and other sparkling wines. The winemaker will also explain the techniques of Franciacorta making. You will then get a taste of Brut, Rosè and Satèn.
Then, after this first tasting, we will reach a local elegant restaurant where we’re going to have a great lunch with many courses of local food paired with great wines.
To end this Franciacorta wine tour, we’ll visit a second Franciacorta vineyard, so that you’ll have the opportunity to try and compare a different style of production.

In the cellar the temperature is constant 15 Celsius degrees (59 Fahrenheit), so we suggest to take with you a sweater or a jacket; if it is possible we will try to show you the vineyards, so it’s recommended to wear sneakers or comfortable shoes.
