A tour for Amarone, Italian cheese and cold cuts lovers!
We’ll take you to Lessinia, a breathtaking mountain area north of Verona, to visit a cheese and salame/prosciutto producer. They’ll show you all the different kind of aging of cheeses and will introduce you Monte Veronese DOP, our local cheese. Moreover, you’ll see how to process cold cuts and you’ll end the visit by tasting a delicious selection of salumi, genuine cheeses accompanied by homemade jams and jellies and a glass of our Valpolicella wine. If interested, it will be possible to buy some products in the shop that is really popular among the locals.
Before going back to Verona, we will stop by a winery for a tasting of our Valpolicella wines, Amarone included. This “Cheese, salami and Amarone” tour allows you to spend a special morning out from the city. A great opportunity to taste traditional Veronese food and wines, while getting to know more about our territory.
Minimum for 2 people – max 8
Area visited: Valpolicella Classica

We want you to spend a lovely day with no distress so, please, in booking our tours, inform us if you have limited mobility (in some old cellars there are stairs); or if you have any intolerance or allergy about food/wine (some tours are including appetizers in the cellar or lunch in local restaurant).
