Franciacorta is a lovely wine region, in northern part of Italy, nearby the beautiful scenery of Lake Iseo. On Franciacorta wine tour you will discover the charm of this land by tasting our local sparkling wines and our traditional spirit: grappa.
Driving through the hills of this area we will visit a local producer of sparkling wines for tasting the famous Franciacorta obtained by Chardonnay and Pinot Noir; such as Brut, Rosè and Satèn.
After this first tasting we will reach a local elegant restaurant where we’re going to have a great lunch with many courses of local food paired with wines.
You cannot say you have been to Italy if you never tried grappa before! To end the Franciacorta wine tour we’ll visit the enchanted distillery Borgo Antico San Vitale, built on previous 6th century parish church, with tasting of different kind of grappa and herbs spirits (like Nocino or chestnut acquavite).
