Travel with us from Verona to Trento area, the foot of stunning Dolomites! During our Trentino wine tour, you’ll discover many great, unusual wines and beautiful views of our mountains!
We will be driving through enchanted views, reaching the Rotaliana Plain. This area is considered to be one of the most beautiful vineyards in Europe. Firstly, you are going to visit two wineries: a big producer and a small family business. Here, you will be able to compare two different kinds of wine production.
On this wine tour you’ll have the opportunity to taste many different wines in an off-the-beaten-path situation. The featured wines include famous sparkling Trento DOC, white local grapes Muller Thurgau and Gewurztraminer, as well as renowned red wine Teroldego. The king of Trentino wines, this native red was rescued in the mid-80’s and is now enjoying a revival.
Then, we’ll have lunch in a local Trattoria in a mountain area surrounded by apple trees and vineyards. In this lovely and relaxed atmosphere, you’ll get to try tasty regional food paired with some great traditional wines.
The Trentino wine tour is perfect if you have already visited Verona and Valpolicella, or if you want to discover new wines and new places. In any way, the views and the flavours you will find during this tour will surely amaze you!
